The Ark South: A Cape Cod Sanctuary
We are pleased to introduce the newest member of the Atlantic Ark family of properties: The Cape Cod Sanctuary! This newly renovated home, with it's Japanese influenced gardens, was designed purposely, lovingly and thoughtfully to create beauty and provide a deeply peaceful atmosphere for your own renewal and refreshment.
We selected this property for it's magnificent location; it's access rights to a private, beautiful ocean beach which is a short walk away; it's private, natural setting; and what we saw as it's potential to be an exquisite retreat.
The property is well located in a fairly quiet area of West Falmouth Harbor, and is only a short drive to the nearby towns of Falmouth and Woods Hole. The home, itself, is filled with light... has a lovely kitchen featuring granite counter-tops, tile flooring, new Bosch dishwasher and new furnishings. The living room is comfortably furnished and is also very light and airy with it's many windows. There are two bedroom both with new firm Beautyrest mattresses; one bedroom has a queen size bed while the other has two twin size beds. We suggest occupancy of two, however, three or four by request.
This home offers high quality bed linens, and towels for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, cooking pans, blender, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker to make your stay comfortable. Also included are wifi, tv, and fans in the bedrooms and living room. A beautiful mahogany deck is currently being built now for you to enjoy yet another place to relax while here. Your view will be our lovely back yard with its Japanese Gardens.

Tony and I (Donna) own this property and recently completely renovated it with so much love, care, and attention to the atmosphere we wished to create. We currently live in Maine but so enjoy our retreat space on Cape Cod!! We would love to share it with you. Tony is a dancer, cook, and interior decorator and has designed exterior gardens as well. He lives his passion. I am also artistic, dance, and am an educator. We both love adventure and travel.
